Reynaldo Ramírez is coeditor (with David and Yvonne Freeman) of the Heinemann title Diverse Learners in the Mainstream Classroom (2008). He is Associate Professor of secondary and science education and chair of the Department of Curriculum and Instruction at the School of Education at the University of Texas–Brownsville.
