Sandra P. Mercuri

Sandra Mercuri is the Director of the TESOL program and the Biliteracy/Cross Cultural program at Fresno Pacific University. She currently is working on a doctorate degree and teaches language development, critical pedagogy, and methodology courses in the Language, Literacy, and Culture department. She previously coauthored two other Heinemann books with Yvonne and David Freeman: Dual Language Essentials (2004) and Closing the Achievement Gap (2002).
