Brett Whitmarsh is the VP of Digital Content and Community at Heinemann, where he’s spent more than 12 years helping connect educators with ideas and practices that support meaningful classroom work. He’s also the executive producer of Heinemann Audiobooks and Teaching Unscripted: The Heinemann Podcast, which features conversations with teachers and education leaders about the real work happening in schools. Brett’s focus is on supporting Heinemann’s mission by helping teachers meet students where they are by using an asset-based approach that lets students’ strengths guide their learning.
