The Fountas & Pinnell Online Data Management System is a secure and efficient way for teachers, as well as school and district administrators, to manage assessment data.

The Online Data Management System was developed for teachers and administrators to share assessment data and monitor student progress. This password-protected, web-based system provides robust support for schools and districts interested in collecting and analyzing data on student achievement and progress over time.
Teacher users of the system can enter student reading assessment data and view reports on individual student reading levels or comprehension levels, as well as see reports showing whole-class data. These reports compare actual student progress to district reading level goals.
School administrator users can view reports on individual students, classes, and grades within their school. District administrator users can view these same reports for all schools within the district.
Trial access to ODMS is included with purchases of some Fountas & Pinnell Classroom™ Guided Reading Collections, Benchmark Assessment System, Sistema de evaluación de la lectura, and Leveled Literacy Intervention System. If you are purchasing a complete system, please check with your sales representative to ensure that your purchase does not already include trial access to ODMS through a complimentary one-year or three-year FPL Digital subscription.
If purchasing a one-year subscription to ODMS for Guided Reading, Leveled Literacy Intervention, Benchmark Assessment Systems (Third Edition) or Sistema de evaluación de la lectura (previous editions), teacher key codes and login instructions will be emailed to you within 24 hours. Follow the link in the email for instructions to help you get set up to use the Online Data Management System. You will need to designate a primary system administrator within your district or school. Administrator accounts are complimentary and responsible for creating all other teacher and administrator accounts.
Subscriptions to access the Online Data Management System are available for purchase on an annual basis.
