Tricia Chmill Senior Content Specialist at Heinemann, is a dynamic, results-oriented professional with extensive expertise in developing team talent, leading educator training, delivering product presentations, instructional coaching, program design, and facilitating professional development workshops.

After 22 years of positively influencing students in the classroom, she transitioned into the educational publishing field, where she now supports teachers and school systems nationwide. Tricia is deeply committed to building collaborative relationships, fostering professional growth, addressing complex educational challenges, and meeting client needs.

Michelle Pancorvo


With over 15 years of classroom experience as a teacher and instructional coach for medium and large districts, Michelle Pancorvo, M.Ed. has worked with nationally recognized educational authors and consultants for over eight years. She supports schools and districts nationwide to ensure effective and efficient implementation of intervention and assessment programs, supplemental instruction, core curricula, and professional learning.

Michelle's work addresses and responds to diverse pedagogies, curriculum standards, instructional design principles, and best practices. She develops and presents the latest research-based breakthroughs and thought leadership in differentiated instruction, classroom management, teacher training, lesson planning, educational technology, and school leadership.

Kelly Diamond


Kelly Diamond is the Director of Curriculum and Content at Heinemann, where she leads a dynamic team of seasoned content specialists dedicated to supporting schools in making thoughtful, research-informed curriculum decisions. Drawing on her extensive experience as a principal and classroom teacher, Kelly brings a deep understanding of instructional leadership and the realities of school-based decision-making to her work. Her firsthand knowledge of what it takes to create meaningful learning experiences for students and teachers alike informs her strategic direction and empowers her team to meet educators where they are. In her current role, Kelly ensures that Heinemann's curriculum offerings are not only pedagogically sound but also responsive to the diverse needs of schools and districts. By bridging her background in school leadership with her passion for high-quality instructional content, she helps shape tools and resources that elevate teaching and learning across the country.

Shannon Vickers


Shannon Vickers is a Content Specialist at Heinemann who brings 16 years of classroom and instructional leadership experience to her work with educators. A University of Kansas graduate, she served as a teacher, instructional coach, and curriculum specialist in Houston, Texas, where she implemented literacy and digital math programs across multiple campuses and delivered professional development to thousands of educators. At Heinemann, Shannon leverages her deep understanding of both literacy instruction and digital learning platforms to help educators successfully implement evidence-based programs, combining practical classroom strategies with research-backed approaches that drive student achievement.
