Allyse Bader

Allyse Bader is a staff developer at TCRWP, teaching at the Foundational Skills Institute and Writing Coaching Institute, leading full-day conferences, teaching advanced sections at summer institutes, and facilitating lead-teacher study groups. Allyse began her career in early childhood education as a first grade teacher in the South Bronx while attending and later graduating from the Literacy Specialist Program at Teachers College. She continued teaching for several more years at PS 59 in Manhattan and fell in love with Kindergarten while teaching in Larchmont, NY. Allyse works across several states where she collaborates with teachers, coaches, and administrators, supporting their Pre-K through third grade literacy work. She has most recently embraced her newest role as a loving mother to a baby girl named Charlotte Rae, living in NYC with her husband Ray and French bulldog Eli.
