How to Register for a Webinar Series
You are welcome to register for our webinars online with full payment by Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. We accept purchase orders, and the order must be called in to 800-541-2086 ext. 1151 or faxed to 907-375-2987.
A confirmation of registration and your receipt will be emailed to you within 48 hours of its receipt. You also will receive instructions from Heinemann that will include login information as well as instructions on how to test your computer for up-to-date software needed to run the webinar on your Mac or PC. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please check your email SPAM/ junk folder, and contact us if you do not locate the email.
A Special 2021 Tuition Fee is being offered for our author-led and consultant-led webinar series.Three-part series cost $90.00, and four-part series cost $125.00 per person.
Typical webinar series consist of 3.75 to 5 PD clock hours of streaming webcast including discussion with the presenter, video demonstrations, presentation materials, and 60-day access to archived recordings.
PD clock hours/CEU credit is awarded upon completion.
Some webinar series require you to have a specific book to participate. This requirement will be indicated in the description of the webinar. The cost of the book is not included in the tuition fee.
Note: We encourage group participation; however, we require that each person be registered and provide a unique email address.
Cancellation and Substitution Policy
For all cancellations or substitutions, please email us at email@example.com. Cancellations must be made in writing 24 hours prior to the event. Substitutions are welcome any time prior to the start of the event. If you do not send the cancellation in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org 24 hours in advance, or send a substitute, no refund will be given. Please remember that all participants will have access to the recording of the event for 60 days.
