Donna Qualley is an assistant professor of English and director of
composition at Western Washington University, where she teaches courses in
writing, composition theory and pedagogy, and English education. She is the
author of articles and book chapters that focus on different ways composition
instructors can help their students develop more complex perspectives through
reading, writing, and collaborative inquiry.
